    Mexican Restaurants

Mexican food is typically beans, rice, cheese, and flour/corn shells. How can we eat paleo at mexican restaurants?!

    1. Look for fahitas
    - ditch the rice, tortilla, cheese and bean and get extra meat and veggies.

    2. Modify the taco salad (even at Taco Bell)
    - just ditch the shell and avoid the beans and cheese.

    3. Look for the vegetarian meals
    - then remove the no-nos and add your favorate protein

    4. Salsa and avacados can kick the flavor up a notch for whatever you choose

    Chipotle

Easy peasy to order from Chipotle. Get the bowl or salad (depends if you like the lettuce first or last). Skip the beans and rice and get the "vegetarian". This is just cooked onions and peppers. Then choose any protein. I like to mix barbacoa and chicken. All the salsas are fair game except the spicy corn. Add quacamole and walla! Acquire some of the lemons from the beverage bar and go crazy squeezing those on top. Tasty and cheap meal to last several hours.

Water or tea will quench your thirst and cool your palate.
