    Crust-less No Dairy Quiche

    10 eggs

1 can coconut milk (Using coconut milk adds a little “sweetness” to the quiche. Traditional quiche usually uses half & half or milk)

Fillings (Optional) You can make a Quiche with just the milk and eggs but fillings really add a lot. Try onions, bell peppers, spinach, bacon (cook first), ground meat (cook first) or pretty much anything else you want to try. Cheese is awesome in a quiche if you don’t mind the dairy!

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

    2. Mix eggs and coconut milk in a large mixing bowl. A hand mixer or a whisk works great for this.

    3. Stir in your fillings. Cook any meats prior to adding. Make sure everything is mixed up well

    4. Pour into a baking tin. I use a pie tin myself but any baking pan will work.

    5. Bake in oven for approximately 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. The quiche will kind of balloon up like a muffin top (it looks really cool) but will shrink back down as it cools so do not be alarmed.

    6. Let cool and Enjoy
